With the laser add-on, we can scan the BGA to verify its levelness and correct height. Height fluctuations may indicate a reflow error, but using laser height checking will allow us to capture these types of defects and fix them. In addition to the laser height check, we also use x-rays to check whether the ball under the BGA has collapsed correctly and check the bridging. If necessary, we can capture images from x-rays for customers to record.
